The Executive Director of the Corporation administers and coordinates corporate activities in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the National Board of Directors. Partners in developing strategic short and long term developmental plans that include company operations, marketing, personnel, financial opportunities. The Executive Director serves as a liaison to the National Board and manages the overall operations of the SAY National Office.  He serves as the main point of contact and spokesperson of the organization. Doug has over 18 years of experience working as an Executive in the national non-profit sector.

Operations Director

The Operations Director develops, directs and administers the strategic and tactical membership/business operations strategy in accordance with policies, procedures and objectives established by the Executive Committee and/or the Executive Director. Brian is responsible for the growth, retention and recruitment of SAYAreas, including site visits, demonstrations and presentations. Additionally, Brian manages all SAY Soccer sensitive data, operations reports, player cards and rosters.

Education Manager

The Education Manager provides a national level point of contact for SAY members on all issues of Education.  Erika will be responsible for the coordination, full implementation, and managing of SAY Soccer's National Education Program across all pillars of our business including but not limited to coaches, referees, administrators, parent and players.  Erika has 14 years of experience as a coach at the collegiate level.  Her years of public speaking, sports management, curriculum design and soccer athletics bring great experience and leadership to the Education Manager role.  She holds a bachelors degree in Art Education, a masters degree in Secondary Education, a NSCAA National Diploma, a NSCAA Goalkeeping Diploma, and an Advanced NSCAA National Diploma.

Communications Coordinator

The SAY Soccer communications coordinator, Emmett Kresslein, is responsible for managing the social media accounts for the national office. He maintains accurate records of membership lists, e-communication campaigns, and any other nonverbal communications. Emmett processes and documents all rosters and board lists to the national office.

Accountant

The Accountant is responsible for financial accounting and oversight at the National Headquarters.  Ann processes all player fees, vendor payments and account receivables collections.  She is responsible for the month-end closing procedures and preparation of budget-to-actual and financial statement reports, as well as other duties assigned by the National Executive Director and NBOD Treasurer.
