SAY Soccer prioritizes the safety of all players, coaches, referees, and volunteers through our safe soccer procedures. From background checks and safety policies to incident reporting, our guidelines equip administrators to create secure and supportive environments. Recognize to Recover is aimed at promoting safe play and reducing injuries in soccer players of all ages. The first-of-its-kind, the program was developed with the help of medical experts to provide coaches, players, parents and referees with information, guidance and additional educational materials to improve the prevention and management of injuries.

The SAY National Concussion Policy consists of two very distinct procedures. This policy is required for ALL coaches and officials regardless of their age and/or status (i.e. Head coach, Assistant Coach, Head Referee, Assistant Referee, etc.).

Effective Immediately all Ohio based SAY Soccer affiliated programs will be required to comply with the following NEW Ohio
law. It is important to note that this is not necessarily a SAY Policy. It is an Ohio Law; thus it does not apply to SAY programs
operating outside of the state of Ohio.
